 Finally a service company that indeed provides "true" customer service. Laptop World promptly fixed my laptop as promised. More importantly, they even called me first to find out if I wanted some additional repairs. Best part, they were objective, instead of the norm, pushy. I declined the additional expense because they indicated they had run the laptop for 2 solid days. Talk about the good old days. To my knowledge, nobody does that anymore. [more]
